Green Day!
My second blog post is all about Quezon City Parks Dept. Plant Nursery.
Ever since I was a kid I was always curious about the plants around the
streets (Kung saan kaya sila nakukuha). So I asked myself, where did the
plants around Quezon City came from? I did some research about it
and found out that the mayor of Quezon City has this project wherein
before the distributing of the plants around the city, they will make sure
first that the plants are strong and ready enough. Before anything
else, they will place the young plants in the nursery.
Wow!
Sounds interesting right? I personally went to the place and asked them some
of my questions and I volunteered too. Here are
some of the pictures.

For me, the experience was unforgettable, I learned so much, like the is proper way to take care of a plant. Though I have limited time, I was very happy and proud of myself. Yey! You guys should also try to plant some trees or flowers to your garden too. So guys, if you are planning to go there and ask some questions and volunteer like what i did, the place is just located beside the Quezon City Hall. Hope you enjoy you it! I know I did!
